Restaurant Description
With the large deck at the base of Aspen Highlands Ski area this restaurant is the perfect spot for a little apres ski.

New ownership and a new interior space. Quicker food with counter orders delivered to tables.

Small breakfast to include Veggie, Bacon, or Sausage Burritos, Jordana's homemade granola, and a fresh waffle stand. These offerings plus a little coffee will give you the right stuff for the ski lift.

Lunch items include quality meats and free range chicken, soups, salads, skewers, & street tacos.

Aspen Restaurant Review by Thomas (Ludwigshafen)

After a great powder day at Aspen Highlands, we decided to try the new Out of Bounds restaurant. My boyfriend and I went the healthy route first and tried two of Out of Bounds' salads. We were really surprised to find the Le Chamonix Caprese salad to be on a bed of greens. It was a twist on the traditional basil, tomatoes, & fresh mozarrela caprese salad. It was delicious. The Be One Spring Green salad was good but I would go with the Caprese salad next time.
We paired our salads with local Aspen Brewing beers and Blue Moons. To finish the meal, we shared an order of onion rings. They were a disappointment. The onion rings were cooked too long and half of them were burnt. The last couple of onion rings were inedible.
The service was good and overall it is was a pleasant experience.
